We were able to come in and make a few suggestions of small projects that they could tackle over a weekend with our vendor suggestions to help them get top dollar for their home. This 4 unit project was previously occupied by the Sellers with the other 3 units operated as rentals and AirBnB. The pandemic happening and tenants leaving the area gave the Sellers the idea to convert the property into a Condominium. We were able to get involved with the project early enough to be able to give the Sellers suggestions on what condo Buyers are looking for in this market. We were also able to provide some insight in working with the City for inspections and the application process. We handled the marketing strategy which included Open Houses, Happy Hours, private one on showings and in the end have since closed the sales on all 4 units.
